Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased from this website, we offer a money back garentee. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for non defective returned items. Postage is non refundable under any circumstances, The buyer is responsible for all postal costs. All refunds will be deducted postage charge.

Model returns

If you are not fully satisfied with a model purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days in an unused / new condition as it was sent to you. We are unable to accept models for return if fuel has been passed through the engine. Once it has been used, it is in an unsaleable condition so is not eligible for return. Please do not under any circumstances return a model to us until we have discussed the return process to you in person. We will not accept any models that are sent without our concent. This will force the carrier to return it back to you if there is a return address label afixed.

Other Item Returns

If you have purchased any item (other than a model) from us that you are unsatisfied with or you purchased in error, You can return it to us in an unused condition and in it's original packaging within 30 days from invoice date. Engines are non returnable if fuel has passed through them.
